Vehicles are sold strictly AS-IS and WHERE-IS, with no warranties, either express or implied, offered by D90 Auto Sales.

We strongly encourage all buyers to inspect the vehicle in person or hire a third-party mechanic to do so at their own expense. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to evaluate the condition, value, and suitability of the vehicle prior to purchase.

D90 Auto Sales will not be held responsible for:

• The accuracy of any description or representation.

• Any imperfections, defects, or damages present or future.

• Any oral or written statements made about the vehicle’s condition.

All representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The buyer assumes full responsibility for any necessary repairs from the moment of purchase.

Optional Warranty Coverage

• This warranty is provided entirely through a third-party (Cars Protection Plus) and not by D90 Auto Sales.

• Any claims, disputes, or repairs under this coverage must be handled directly with the warranty provider per their terms and conditions.

• D90 Auto Sales assumes no responsibility or liability for the administration, performance, or denial of any claims made through this plan.

• This coverage is offered as a courtesy, and may not be included with all vehicles. Please ask if a specific vehicle qualifies.

Final Notes

We provide all available information to the best of our knowledge and recommend that buyers:

• Obtain a vehicle history report (e.g., CarFax).

• Have a licensed mechanic inspect the vehicle.

• Understand that no dealership personnel is authorized to make additional warranties or representations outside of what is listed here.

Vehicle Condition and Inspection

Most of the vehicles we sell are older and pre-owned. While we thoroughly review each one and fix or disclose any known issues, we cannot guarantee the full history or future reliability of any used vehicle. Many vehicles we acquire may have been owned by multiple parties, and repairs or damage may not be fully disclosed in public records.

All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied unless otherwise stated.

We strongly recommend that you:

• Personally inspect any vehicle before purchase.

• Hire a third-party mechanic or inspection service at your own expense.

• Review the vehicle’s history using services like Carfax or AutoCheck (with the understanding these reports may be incomplete).

Mechanic & Maintenance Disclosure:

Note: While basic maintenance and mechanical work may be performed on vehicles by the owner prior to resale, D90 Auto Sales is not a licensed repair facility, and the owner is not a certified mechanic. All work is completed in good faith using best practices, but we encourage all buyers to seek independent, third-party inspections prior to purchase.

About Vehicle History Reports

We encourage reviewing third-party reports like Carfax, but it's important to know these are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Accidents or repairs may go unreported for years — or appear after the fact due to delayed reporting from repair shops or insurance carriers. These reports are not warranties or guarantees from D90 Auto Sales, and we cannot be held responsible for omissions or errors in their data.

Warranty (When Offered)

Some vehicles may include a complimentary third-party powertrain warranty (3 months or 3,000 miles) through Cars Protection Plus.
This warranty is:

• Not provided or managed by D90 Auto Sales

• Handled directly through Cars Protection Plus

• Optional and not included with every vehicle

Keys, Accessories, and Mileage

Please be aware that not all vehicles will include:

• Extra keys or fobs

• Floor mats

• Owner's manuals or service books

These items may be available for additional cost, but are not guaranteed. Vehicle mileage may increase slightly before delivery due to inspections, testing, or transport.

Deposits and Holding Policy

• A $250 deposit is required to hold a vehicle for up to 7 days.

• Deposits can be made via phone (credit card) or in person (cash or check).

• Deposits are generally non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of D90 Auto Sales.

• A restocking fee may apply in the event of a cancellation.

Payment and Shipping

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash, certified check, or bank wire

• Personal checks must clear before vehicle pickup

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or AmEx for deposits only

Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise arranged. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or damage once the vehicle leaves our location.

Fees & Documentation

• PA buyers are responsible for sales tax, title, registration, lien fees (if applicable), and a documentation fee.

• Out-of-state buyers are responsible for a $324 doc fee and their home state sales tax.

• A temporary tag is available for $65 and must be issued through a local notary.

All buyers must provide a valid driver's license and insurance prior to finalizing the sale.

Final Note

We do our absolute best to describe every vehicle accurately and make every effort to disclose known issues. However, once the vehicle is delivered or picked up, D90 Auto Sales cannot be held responsible for mechanical issues or missed defects if a buyer has chosen not to perform a pre-sale inspection.
