To note -

There is an occasional squeak coming from the rear of the truck. Its very random and my mechanic could not get it to duplicate but Im an honest seller, so if you end up buying this and then hear it, you'll know what Im referencing. It doesn't seem serious but I cant get the issue sorted because it doesn't happen all the time. I have a suspicion after talking to a few Rover friends online it could be that the rear driveshaft center carrier bearing is wearing out. Im not offering any repair on this but want any prospective buyer to understand this may need replaced in the future.
