About D90 Auto Sales

D90 Auto Sales LLC is a family-owned and operated dealership in Industry, Pennsylvania. We sell all types of vehicles but have a particular passion for Land Rovers and other unique, enthusiast-driven models.

Every vehicle is personally selected by the owner, Greg, who has loved cars since childhood and takes pride in offering rare, interesting, and budget-friendly vehicles. We're not a flashy showroom — we're a small operation focused on transparency, fairness, and treating people well.

Sold As-Is

ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. D90 AUTO SALES MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE BUYER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ENTIRE COST OF ANY REPAIRS FROM THE MOMENT OF PURCHASE.

Most of the vehicles we sell are older. We do our best to identify and disclose known problems, but we cannot guarantee the condition, history, or completeness of any repairs or maintenance performed before our ownership.

Buyers Guide Controls

A federal Buyers Guide window form is displayed on every vehicle we offer for sale. If the Buyers Guide conflicts with anything on this page, the sales contract, or any oral statement, the Buyers Guide governs. The information on it is part of your purchase contract.

Pennsylvania Safety Inspection

Pennsylvania law requires that a vehicle be delivered with a valid safety inspection, or that the buyer receive written notice that it is being sold without one.

Inspection status for each vehicle will be stated in writing on the buyer's order before you sign. If a vehicle is offered without a current inspection, you will be told so in writing, and it is your responsibility to obtain inspection and registration in accordance with the requirements of your state.

Project and Parts Vehicles

Certain vehicles are offered as project or parts units and are not represented as roadworthy. These are sold without inspection or evaluation, may not be legal for road use, and are not eligible for any optional warranty coverage. Buyer accepts full responsibility for transport, repair, and compliance with all state titling, inspection, and registration requirements.

Inspection Is the Buyer's Responsibility

We strongly encourage every buyer to inspect the vehicle in person, or to hire a third-party mechanic or inspection service to do so at the buyer's expense. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to evaluate the condition, value, and suitability of the vehicle prior to purchase.

Once a vehicle is delivered or picked up, D90 Auto Sales cannot be held responsible for mechanical issues or defects that a pre-sale inspection would have revealed.

Mechanic and Maintenance Disclosure

Basic maintenance and mechanical work may be performed on our vehicles by the owner prior to resale. D90 Auto Sales is not a licensed repair facility and the owner is not a certified mechanic. All work is completed in good faith using best practices. Independent third-party inspection is encouraged in every case.

Descriptions and Representations

All descriptions, photographs, and representations are provided for identification purposes only and are not warranties of any kind. D90 Auto Sales is not responsible for the accuracy of any description, for any imperfection or defect present or future, or for any oral or written statement made about the vehicle's condition.

No employee, agent, or representative of D90 Auto Sales is authorized to make any warranty or representation beyond what appears on this page and on the signed buyer's order.

Vehicle History Reports

We encourage buyers to review third-party reports such as Carfax or AutoCheck, but these reports are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Accidents and repairs may go unreported for years, or may appear well after the fact due to delayed reporting by repair shops or insurance carriers. These reports are not warranties from D90 Auto Sales, and we are not responsible for omissions or errors in their data.

Optional Third-Party Warranty

Some vehicles may include a complimentary 3-month / 3,000-mile Powertrain Warranty through Cars Protection Plus. This coverage is offered as a courtesy and is not included with every vehicle — please ask whether a specific vehicle qualifies. It is not available on project or parts vehicles.

This warranty is provided entirely by a third party and not by D90 Auto Sales. All claims, disputes, and repairs must be handled directly with Cars Protection Plus under their terms and conditions. D90 Auto Sales assumes no responsibility or liability for the administration, performance, or denial of any claim.

Deposits and Holding

• A $250 deposit holds a vehicle for up to 7 days.

• Deposits may be made by phone (credit card) or in person (cash or check).

• Deposits are refundable. If you change your mind, we'll return your money. We're not interested in holding funds from someone who decided the vehicle isn't right for them.

Payment

We accept:

• Cash, certified check, or bank wire

• Personal checks — must clear before the vehicle is released

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits only

Fees and Documentation

• We do not charge a documentation fee.

• Pennsylvania buyers are responsible for sales tax, title, registration, and lien fees where applicable.

• Out-of-state buyers are responsible for sales tax and titling in their home state.

• Temporary registration is available for $65.

• All buyers must provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance before the sale is finalized.

Keys, Accessories, and Mileage

Not all vehicles include extra keys or fobs, floor mats, owner's manuals, or service books. These may be available at additional cost but are not guaranteed. Vehicle mileage may increase slightly before delivery due to inspection, testing, or transport.

Shipping

Shipping is available at the buyer's expense unless otherwise arranged. Delivery times vary. Once a vehicle leaves our location, D90 Auto Sales is not responsible for shipping delays or transport damage. We recommend buyers insure the vehicle as soon as payment clears.

General Terms

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. This page, together with the signed buyer's order and the federal Buyers Guide, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written statements. In the event of a conflict, the Buyers Guide controls, followed by the signed buyer's order.

By purchasing a vehicle from D90 Auto Sales, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted all of the above.
